We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead business growth for our geospatial products and solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with clients and partners across diverse industries. You will be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentations, creating tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals that meet or exceed targets. You will also support partner onboarding, help expand our service offerings, and monitor industry trends to ensure we stay competitive. Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities, you ll be a key face of our business in the geospatial space.

Qualification & Technical Knowledge

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Geoinformatics, Geography, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Remote Sensing, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within the GIS/geospatial industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technology with geospatial domain.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Excellent in English and Hindi), with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Experience working with government agencies, and private sector clients (Organizations include climate, sensors, Disaster, IOT, AI/ML are a plus).
Ability to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, networking and business development activities.
Must have the understanding of proposal writing, RFP processes, and client onboarding procedures in the government sector.
Solid understanding of GIS concepts, spatial data formats, and remote sensing technologies.
