Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2B and B2C sales calls.
  2. To onboard Channel partners (CP)/Sales Partner(SP) from majorly Non real estate backgrounde.g. CAs/Interior designers/Financial Consultants all over Mumbai.
  3. Convincing existing CPs & SPs to register under RERA.
  4. Update CPs/SPs on the project details regularly via collaterals.
  5. To activate non active SPs/CPs via site training by coordinating with their respected RMs.
  6. Conduct regular meetings with Channel Partners and Sales Partners with the purpose of both engagement andempowermentto drive more business.
