Project Role : Sales Origination Practitioner Project Role Description : Orchestrate and lead the entire origination process for a cross-client, cross service-group deal working with the CAL, the client team and relevant subject matter experts. Must have skills : Sales Pursuit Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : NA Summary :As a Sales Origination Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading and orchestrating the entire origination process for cross-service-group deal. Your typical day will involve working with the CAL, the client team, and relevant subject matter experts to ensure successful sales pursuit management. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead and orchestrate the entire origination process for, cross-service-group deal, working with the CAL, the client team, and relevant subject matter experts.- Develop and execute sales pursuit strategies, leveraging your expertise in sales pursuit management to drive successful outcomes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, leveraging your deep understanding of the sales process and your ability to navigate complex sales environments.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and subject matter experts, to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Sales Pursuit Management- 15+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.- Strong understanding of the sales process, including sales pursuit management, sales origination, and sales execution.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.- Ability to navigate complex sales environments, including cross-client and cross-service-group deals.- Experience working with subject matter experts to develop and execute sales strategies.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs.- Experience working with sales pursuit tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales automation tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in sales, business, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
