Sales Operations Manager

As an Operations Executive at Lightemotion, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, providing expert advice on lighting products, and driving sales growth at our experience center. With a passion for lighting solutions, you will engage with customers to offer guidance, promote products, and ensure their needs are met with the best lighting solutions available. Your responsibilities will include meeting and assisting customers in the experience center, driving sales through product promotion and upselling, staying updated on industry trends, managing inventory control, providing sales reports and feedback, handling customer inquiries and after-sales support, managing day-to-day operations, and collaborating with architects and interior designers to understand their requirements in detail. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in sales and operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities, and a basic understanding of lighting products and electrical fittings. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or a similar customer-facing environment. Previous experience in the lighting industry or knowledge of lighting products is advantageous, and female candidates are highly preferred. This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM.
