Sales Operations Manager

As a Sales Operations Executive / Lead in our dynamic team based in Gurgaon, your role will be crucial in driving operational efficiency, client onboarding, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients - Oversee and execute the complete client onboarding process ensuring timely completion with proper documentation - Identify, build, and onboard new supply partners across various clusters - Travel across clusters for onboarding and partner relationship management - Maintain well-organized, up-to-date records of all operational activities - Share updates, reports, and requirements clearly with all internal and external stakeholders We are looking for a professional who is smart, street-savvy, and solution-focused with strong documentation and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, clarity in communication, ability to handle multiple stakeholders, detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks, and willingness to travel as per business needs are essential qualities we seek.
