Sales & Operations Executive

Dear Candidates,

Locations Covered: Pune – Koregaon Park, Prabhat Road, Viman Nagar (Travelling all 3 Location)

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday – Half Day, Sunday – Weekly Off)

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) – Sales & Operation Executive

1. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation

Guide and drive sales performance across all franchise outlets.

Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS reports.

Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies for services and retail.

Track and achieve assigned revenue targets for all three outlets.

2. Local Marketing & Tie-ups

Identify and execute tie-ups in the catchment area (corporates, gyms, cafes, residential societies, fashion/lifestyle partners).

Support in organizing promotional events and campaigns to drive footfall.

Build strong local community connect and brand visibility.

3. Operational Excellence & Compliance

Ensure smooth daily operations at each outlet including services, billing, and manpower management.

Monitor staff attendance, grooming standards, and roster adherence.

Ensure compliance with brand SOPs for hygiene, customer service, and billing.

Conduct regular audits and share compliance reports.

4. Training & Development

Monitor training needs of staff across all outlets.

Coordinate with the Training Department/Trainers for skill development sessions.

Ensure technicians, beauticians, and front desk staff are aligned to brand standards.

Track training effectiveness and improvements in service quality.

5. Reporting & Review

Share weekly performance updates with Management (Sales, Ops, HR).

Highlight gaps/challenges and suggest actionable improvements.

Maintain proper documentation of tie-ups, sales activities, and compliance checks.

✅ Overall Objective: Ensure that all three franchise outlets run smoothly, achieve revenue growth, maintain service excellence, and build strong brand presence in Pune.
