As a Sales & Operations Executive at TRAVEL LOBBY (INDIA), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional travel experiences to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Interacting with potential clients to understand their travel needs and providing tailored solutions. - Converting inquiries into sales by delivering excellent customer service and prompt follow-ups. - Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to arrange bookings and reservations. - Preparing and managing itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents. - Handling cancellations, modifications, and special requests. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
