Cinematographer We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Cinematographer to join our content team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with camera operations, social media content creation, and a strong sense of visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Shoot and produce short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) optimized for social media platforms. Operate cameras during podcast recordings, interviews, and brand shoots. Set up and manage basic lighting setups to ensure high-quality visuals. Collaborate with the creative team to translate concepts into engaging video content. Handle basic video editing tasks including trimming, color correction, sound syncing, and adding captions for social media. Maintain equipment and ensure smooth technical operations during shoots. Requirements: Proven experience as a Cinematographer/Camera Operator, especially in digital or social-first content. Strong understanding of framing, composition, and visual aesthetics. Basic knowledge of lighting techniques and audio-video syncing. Familiarity with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar). Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with tight deadlines. Passion for content creation and awareness of social media trends. Good to Have: Experience with motion graphics or advanced editing. Knowledge of podcast production workflow. Own camera gear (not mandatory but a plus).
