***FRESHERS ONLY*** Job Overview: Workspace by Emlen is looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive to join our team and drive growth at our co-working space. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service and operational excellence. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into members and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the workspace. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Handling end to end sales cycle; Maintaining a good pipeline of prospective leads and clients Assisting in building sales strategies, templates, processes and automating the sales process Develop and support sales opportunities that lead to pitches, engagement, relationship building & growth in the pipeline that converts to incremental revenues Handling Client Enquiries and pitching the best option available matching client requirements Assisting the client to visit the site and taking them for an office tour and understand the requirements Creating proposals, Handling Sales Presentations, contractual agreement preparation and other operational activities related to onboarding Focusing on generating new sales whilst growing and retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional customer service Working closely with the Aggregators, Channel Partners and other resources for accelerated sale conversions Actively build, manage and report on sales pipeline build up Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing activities and for few lead generation source Operations: Serve as the main point of contact for members ensuring their needs are met and addressing any inquiries or concerns Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and proactively identifying opportunities to improve their coworking experience Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolutions to maintain a positive coworking experience Manage client onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration into the coworking space, including record-keeping, client agreements and document management Address and resolve member concerns and escalations efficiently, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction Work closely with the operations and facilities teams to resolve any service-related issues, including maintenance and IT support Oversee announcements and notices to ensure effective communication within the coworking space Proactively identify potential areas of conflict and implement solutions to prevent client dissatisfaction Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure that the space is well-maintained and any repairs or issues are addressed promptly Ensure seamless day-to-day operations including managing meeting room bookings, handling mail deliveries, and assisting with member requests Collect feedback from members and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, issues, and suggestions for improvement Develop proactive strategies to reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction by creating personalized experiences that foster brand loyalty Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
