Sales & Operations Executive

1. Order Processing & Documentation·       Handle customer Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely order entry into the system. Prepare and share Proforma Invoices (PI) with customers. Follow up on approvals, payments, and confirmations related to PO/PI. Maintain accurate and updated order records. 2. Dispatch Coordination·       Coordinate with the logistics/warehouse team for item dispatch. Prepare dispatch-related documents such as packing lists, delivery challans, and invoices. Track shipments and update customers on delivery status. Ensure timely dispatch according to customer schedules 3. Stock Management·       Monitor and update stock levels on a daily basis. Coordinate with the inventory/production team for stock availability. Maintain data for minimum stock level, reserved stock, and incoming materials. Prepare regular stock reports and highlight shortages. 4. Excel & Reporting·       Use advanced Excel for order tracking, sales reports, stock reports, and customer data. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports. Maintain accurate databases with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other Excel tools. Required Skills & Qualifications Any Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Validation, Basic Formulas). Good communication skills (English & local language). Ability to multitask and handle documentation accurately. Basic knowledge of sales processes and inventory systems. Need Candidate who have Fast learner and good at coordination, Detail-oriented and organized ,Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
