As a Sales Operations Associate at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in transforming sales operations to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Your responsibilities will involve assessing, designing, building, and implementing best practices on process, organization, and technology to create and run collaborative sales and support roles. Your excellent oral communication skills will be essential in engaging with stakeholders to share opinions, convey meaning, and promote action effectively. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in sales operations within a BPO environment, particularly those with expertise in managing large sales teams and complex data sets. Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and best practices, along with experience in CRM systems like Salesforce, is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in customer relationship management tools are also crucial for this role. Your detail-oriented and organizational skills will be put to the test as you manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Key Qualifications: - Any Graduation - 1 to 3 years of experience Roles and Responsibilities: As a Partner Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide dedicated support to the company's external partners. This entails addressing partner inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure successful partnership outcomes. You will act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and achieve mutual goals. Key Responsibilities: - Partner Onboarding: Assist new partners with the integration process, providing training on company products, services, and partner portal functionalities. - Issue Management: Receive and manage partner inquiries, complaints, and feedback, escalating complex issues to relevant internal teams when necessary. - Knowledge Base Maintenance: Contribute to and update internal knowledge base with partner-specific information, troubleshooting guides, and best practices. - Communication Management: Maintain open and regular communication with partners via phone, email, and online platforms, providing timely updates and status reports on issues. - Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships with partner contacts, understand their needs, and proactively address concerns to foster mutual trust and satisfaction. - Performance Monitoring: Track key partner metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report on partner performance to internal stakeholders. - Partner Training: Deliver training sessions to partners on new features, updates, and best practices to maximize their utilization of the company's platform.
