Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to support and streamline our salesprocesses. The role involves managing quotations, CRM updates, invoice tracking, paymentfollow-ups, and bid management activities to enhance overall sales efficiency and customersatisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review customer quotations/proposals as per client requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely updates of sales data in CRM (customer records, opportunities, order status, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and channel partners for pricing, productdetails, and timely order execution.
Monitor invoice generation, track payment status, and ensure timely collections.
Assist and manage bid/tender documentation, submissions, and compliance requirements.
Review sales processes and recommend improvements for faster turnaround and
Support the sales team with documentation, contract administration, and standardized
Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
Skills Competencies
Strong understanding of sales operations, quotation lifecycle, and order processing.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of bid and tender processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and data management skills.
