Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct field work to promote company's products through direct marketing channels.
Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new product lines and campaigns effectively.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in B2C marketing or sales in agriculture or related fields (agribusiness).
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc), Bio-Chemistry (B.Sc), or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
Strong understanding of agricultural practices, including crop management, irrigation systems, and soil science principles.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
