Main Responsibilities: Visit Supermarkets Regularly Visit each supermarket in your assigned area according to the route plan. Check stock levels, shelf display, and product placement. Talk with store managers to understand their needs and build good relationships. Take Orders and Increase Sales Collect new orders from supermarkets and ensure timely delivery. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products. Encourage stores to order more quantities or try new products. Product Display & Merchandising Ensure products are displayed properly and visibly on shelves. Replace damaged or expired stock and report it immediately. Place promotional materials (banners, wobblers, price tags, etc.) correctly. Reporting and Feedback Report daily visits, sales, and market feedback to the sales supervisor. Inform management about competitor activities and market trends. Achieve Monthly Sales Targets Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales goals.
