Job Description

Location: South India (Major Cities of Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu)

Job Summary

Sales Officers

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 4 - 6 high-quality client meetings/presentations daily (minimum 25 per week)
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert sales of domestic and commercial water solutions
  • Close institutional or showroom-level partnerships (stock points, trial centers, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, follow-ups, and customer records
  • Execute the

    Golden Hour Follow-Up

    strategy: follow up with every prospect within 20 hours post-presentation
  • Collect a minimum of

    5 customer references

    per successful meeting and book new appointments
  • Assist with product demos, educational sessions, and exhibitions as needed
  • Represent the company professionally in client interactions and events
  • Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, installation, and after-sales support
  • Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Minimum 25 new client meetings/week
  • Sales conversion ratio above 30%
  • Accurate and timely CRM updates
  • Reference-to-conversion ratio from referrals
  • Target achievement consistency (monthly and quarterly)
  • Team collaboration and code of conduct adherence

Salary & Benefits

    : 20,000 to 35,000 per month (based on experience & location)
