🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and dealer/distributor partners in the assigned geographic territory.
🔹 Promote products and services, introduce new technologies, and drive orders to meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
🔹 Track sales leads, resolve customer service issues, and document account status.
🔹 Collaborate with the District Sales Manager to relay market insights and share leads with product teams and distributors.
🔹 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product innovations.
🔹 Plan and execute annual sales budgets effectively.
🔹 Support government liaisons and coordinate with bankers for project facilitation.
🔹 Provide technical support to customers – including irrigation design, installation, and maintenance training.
✔️ Maintain exceptional customer service and relationship-building standards.
✔️ Manage multiple projects and tasks with strong organizational skills.
✔️ Keep a detailed contact sheet of current and potential clients.
✔️ Continuously seek alternative solutions to meet customer needs.
✔️ Perform other duties as assigned.
