Job Description

Generate sales of company products through a team of salesmen to achieve or exceed annual targets.
Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity, and identify new opportunities.
Provide distributors and customers with information about new or improved products and services.
Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network for comprehensive product availability.
Review distributor performance and recommend changes, including additional distributors for market expansion.
Establish and implement all sales administration procedures to support sales teams.
Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure adequate marketing support, including merchandising and promotions.
Cold call to develop prospective customers for future business growth and provide leadership to motivate and engage distributor staff.
