Job Description

Role Overview

Sales Officer (General Trade)

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
Ensure effective secondary sales and outlet coverage through regular market visits.
Implement trade marketing activities, merchandising standards, and visibility plans.
Monitor competitor activity and share actionable market insights.
Drive new product placements and ensure availability across GT outlets.
Coordinate with the distributor sales team for smooth order execution, stock movement, and collections.
Prepare and share regular sales reports and market feedback with the ASM/ZSM.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
25 years of sales experience in
personal care, cosmetics, or perfume
categories within General Trade.
Proven track record of handling distributors and retail channels.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Good command over local language and basic MS Excel/reporting skills.
