Skills: Material Planning, Good knowledge SAP & Ariba, Liasoning with all stake holders MATERIAL PLANNING OF IMPORTED AND CENTRALIZED RAW MATERIALS Downloading system stock for all plants for all materials. Getting email stock from all plants of Imported RM. Reconciliation plant stock and take NA in case of any deviation. Calculation of consumption of each Imported Raw Materials based on BOM. Checking order in Pipeline and Material in Transit Planning approval from superior on ordering quantity and scheduling – as per material coverage file. Shipments tracking and Follow ups Follow up with suppliers on shipment of goods as per shipment schedule. In case of deviation arranging alternative actions. Follow up with Import clearance status for delivery of Raw materials to plants as per scheduled plan. Reports Preparation and circulation Preparation monthly payment budget of Imported Raw material. Material In transit Report for all Imported Raw materials, getting it approved from superior and circulate for accounting. Inventory Module reports from system on Stock ageing report and transaction historical summary for preparation of Inventory analysis. Preparation of stock reports with coverage days for smooth materials movement at respective plants to avoid any crisis. Preparation of Report of slow moving and non- moving materials (Imported and centralized) quarterly of all locations and report to superior for action plan. Monthly MIS preparation for all local & imported materials. Vendor Updation in system Vendor Creation in System on all India Basis Regular updation of Vendor Master list and review if any modification/rectification is required. Ideal Candidate: - BE Chemical/Mechanical with 3-5 year in Procurement Should have knowledge and experience of material sourcing. Exposure to China & South East Asian Countries will be plus Should have a stakeholder management, Good Team Player, Go-getter, Customer focus, Communication and inter- personal skills • Knowledge of Sourcing Tools like SAP & Ariba.
Experience: 8 to 12 years of hands-on industry experience in power electronics design, specifically in LED lighting applications, power converters, and embedded systems. Core Skills & Experience: Power Electronics Design: Experience in designing AC-DC and DC-DC converters, LED drivers, and inverter topologies. In-depth knowledge of topologies like Buck, Boost, Flyback, Push-pull, SEPIC, and LLC, LCC resonant converters. Practical experience in transformer and inductor design for isolated and non-isolated systems. Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance and design practices. PCB Design & Testing: Proficiency in schematic design and multi-layer PCB design using tools like Altium Designer, Cadstar, or KiCAD. Experience with component selection, layout for power density, and thermal dissipation. Hands-on testing, debugging, and validation of power boards using oscilloscope, and other lab instruments. Firmware Development: Experience in programming microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, PIC, Atmel, or TI) for power control, protections, and communication. Familiarity with C/C++ for embedded systems. Basic understanding of UART, I2C, SPI, and PWM signal generation. Specialization in LED Lighting Applications: Familiarity with lighting dimming methods (PWM, 0-10V, DALI) and industry standards.
