Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee territory sales operations, including

    Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Channel Partner Appointment, and Dealer Network Management

  • Manage and guide a team of

    TSI (Territory Sales Incharge), ESM (Exclusive Salesman), and DSM (Distributor Salesman)

  • Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of assigned business targets.
  • Strengthen channel partner relationships and expand dealer network.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and take proactive actions to maximize opportunities.
  • Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and trade marketing initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate with

    4 to 6 years of proven experience in FMCG General Trade Sales

  • Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
  • Dynamic individual with a

    passion for sales, market expansion, and target achievement
