Job Summary

​The BPO Sales Officer is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships to drive revenue growth for our logistics services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent negotiation skills and a strong understanding of freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain solutions. This role operates in a fast-paced BPO environment, requiring exceptional time management and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

​Key Responsibilities

​Lead Generation & Prospecting:

​Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

​Research potential clients and understand their specific logistics needs.

​Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales leads.

​Sales & Client Acquisition:

​Present and promote a range of logistics services, including freight forwarding (air, sea, road), warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions.

​Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

​Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contracts to close sales deals.

​Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

​Client Relationship Management:

​Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.

​Build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

​Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information on shipment status and services.

​Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

​Market Intelligence & Reporting:

​Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.

​Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

​Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

​Qualifications

​Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

​Experience: Proven experience in a BPO, sales, or customer service role, with a strong preference for experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.

​Skills:

​Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive tone.

​Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

​Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client needs and unexpected issues.

​Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.

​Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant sales tools.

​Resilience: Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of calls and sales activities.

​Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of logistics terminology, processes, and international trade is a significant advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
