Sales Officer

Blue Gray Tanager, a rapidly growing company in the Nutritional Food & Snacks industry, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to spearhead sales efforts in the Delhi/NCR region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's expansion and success. As a Sales Officer at Blue Gray Tanager, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and increase market share for our Nutritional Food & Snacks products in the Noida/Gurgaon region. You will be tasked with managing both General Trade and Modern Trade channels, as well as fostering strong relationships with distributors and key accounts. **Responsibilities:** - Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the defined area - Develop monthly sales plans and forecasts based on retail sales data - Establish and manage multiple channels across various locations - Implement effective cost management strategies - Align sales activities with the Annual Operating Plan - Monitor competition and devise proactive strategies to counter new entrants - Engage closely with distributors and customers to stimulate sales growth **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sales & Marketing from a reputable institution - 4-7 years of sales experience in mid-size/large FMCG companies, preferably in Dry Fruits & Nuts or Food Snacking - Proven track record of success in General Trade and Modern Trade - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic business development approach - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - High energy, self-motivation, and a passion for driving sales growth **Key Interface:** - Operations team - Marketing team - Supply chain team (logistics) - Sales Manager Blue Gray Tanager offers a competitive compensation package to successful candidates.
