Sales Officer - Delhi/NCR

As a Sales Officer at Blue Gray Tanager, a rapidly growing company in the Nutritional Food & Snacks industry, your role will involve driving sales growth and expanding market share for our products in the Noida/Gurgaon region. You will be responsible for managing both General Trade and Modern Trade channels, while building strong relationships with distributors and key accounts. **Responsibilities:** - Achieve primary & secondary targets for the defined area - Plan and forecast monthly sales, taking into account retail sales - Develop multiple channel management from the initial stage at various locations - Efficiently manage costs - Align with the Annual Operating Plan - Monitor competition and strategize to counter new entrants - Engage closely with distributors and customers to boost sales **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration with a specialization in Sales & Marketing from a reputable institution - 4-7 years of sales experience in mid-size/large FMCG companies, preferably in Dry Fruits & Nuts or Food Snacking - Demonstrated success in both General Trade and Modern Trade - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic business development approach - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities - High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about driving sales growth In this role, you will have key interfaces with the Operations team, Marketing team, Supply Chain team (logistics), and Sales Manager.
