Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Officer position based on-site in Pune. The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's financial products and services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, providing financial advice to clients, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Officers will also collaborate with marketing and operations teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong sales acumen, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of financial products, including loans, insurance, and wealth advisory
• Customer relationship management and client servicing capabilities
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
• Proficiency in market research and identifying business opportunities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in sales or financial services is an advantage
