Job Title: Sales Officer Company: ARINOX INNOVATIONS PVT LTD Industry Type: Hardware/Furniture /Architectural furniture hardware Department: Sales Role Category: B2B Sales Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: Gujarat (Head Office) Experience Required: 1-3 years Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development Identify and approach potential B2B clients in the hardware and furniture sector. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Gain in-depth knowledge of company products. 2. Client Relationship Management Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Provide excellent customer service by effectively addressing client requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. 3. Sales & Negotiation Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close deals successfully. Monitor competitor activities and update sales strategies as needed. 4. Product Knowledge & Market Analysis Analyze competitor products to understand features, gaps, and market success. Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer input. Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate sales records and performance reports. Submit regular sales forecasts and updates to the management. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. 6. Training & Team Support Participate in the recruiting, screening, and training of sales staff. Train team members on roles and responsibilities for optimized performance. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hardware/furniture industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
