Sales Officer

As a Sales Executive at 4K Sports Infra Pvt Ltd, your responsibilities will include developing business with institutional clients such as schools, colleges, corporates, and real estate developers, as well as direct individual customers. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, contractors, and sports facility owners. In this role, you will need to identify and execute sales strategies tailored to different customer segments, while also monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring seamless branch operations, client service, and after-sales support. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting sales reports and branch performance updates to management. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred), and have at least 2 years of sales experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales, preferably in industries such as Construction, Real Estate, Building Materials, Sports Infrastructure, or related fields. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Furthermore, you should be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
