Role Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years Location: Pune Budget- 5 Lpa Role Description Create and maintain sales and marketing dashboards with measurable activity tracking to ensure accountability. Drive lead generation through both online and offline channels to support business growth. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Implement SEO strategies to enhance website traffic and improve search engine rankings. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on marketing activities including content for social media, research papers, proposals, and marketing collateral. Coordinate daily sync-ups with the CMO and other managers to track sales pipeline progress. Document minutes of meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution with both internal and external parties. Manage and expand the prospect database; identify new lead sources and follow up via cold calls and email campaigns. Stay updated with industry news and reports on ESG and sustainability trends. Qualifications BBA/MBA or an equivalent degree. Background in environmental studies or sustainability is preferred. Excellent communication skills. Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation. Proficiency with analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
