Job Overview We’re looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, manage the sales funnel, and lead marketing campaigns for our IT and SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, digital marketing know-how, and a passion for scaling tech products. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT, SaaS, and eCommerce domains. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors. Collaborate with product and tech teams to align marketing efforts with product updates. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, paid ads, email). Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to guide strategy. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and marketing analytics. Train and manage sales & marketing teams to ensure consistent performance. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in IT or SaaS sales and marketing. Proven experience in B2B lead generation and client acquisition. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
