Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate must have strong client-handling skills, excellent communication, and proven experience in the signage, fabrication, advertising, or related industries. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new leads through networking, field visits, online research, and industry contacts. Manage the complete sales process: lead → enquiry → site visit → quotation → negotiation → closing. Prepare and present accurate quotations based on customer requirements. Identify potential markets in Hyderabad and across South India for signboard manufacturing and installation. Meet sales targets and expand company presence in retail, corporate, hospitality, and commercial segments. Client Handling & Relationship ManagementHandle client communications professionally and maintain strong, long-term relationships. Understand client needs and provide customized signage solutions. Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely project delivery. Resolve client issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Marketing ActivitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing. Support digital marketing initiatives (social media, website updates, etc.). Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events. Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience (3–7 years) in signage, advertising, printing, fabrication, or similar industries. Strong client handling and communication skills. Ability to conduct site visits, understand measurements, materials, and installation requirements. Good negotiation and closing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office; basic understanding of design files is a plus. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred). Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel across South India for client meetings and project supervision. Valid driving license preferred.
