Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and target-driven Sales & Marketing Manager for our premium real estate project AADITRI EVEREST, Ameenpur. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in real estate sales, channel partner handling, and customer closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Real Estate Sales & Marketing
• Recruit and manage Channel Partners
• Lead follow-ups, customer meetings, and site visits
• Present project details and close sales
• Execute marketing activities and promotions
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure conversions
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing
• Strong experience in Channel Partner Recruitment & Handling
• Proven skills in Sales Closing & Customer Handling
• Aggressive, dynamic, and target-driven work approach
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Professional body language
• Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
