Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our sales team while driving the marketing strategies that fuel business growth. You will play a key role in shaping and executing sales targets, recruitment, and training of sales personnel, as well as creating innovative marketing campaigns to enhance our brand visibility and attract potential clients in the residential plots market of North Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the residential plots market in North Chennai.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and establish relationships with potential clients.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by offering high-level service, providing solutions to customer needs, and resolving concerns promptly.
Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly to ensure targets are met and to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics, forecasting, and market analysis to senior management.
Marketing & Branding:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote residential plots in North Chennai, including digital marketing, traditional media, and on-ground promotional events.
Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, email campaigns, and social media content, to attract prospective buyers and investors.
Manage the company’s online presence (website, social media channels, etc.), ensuring consistent and engaging content.
Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Monitor the latest trends and competitor activities within the real estate sector and propose new initiatives to stay ahead of the market.
Team Recruitment & Development:
Oversee the recruitment process for new sales team members, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to keep them updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
Foster a collaborative, motivated, and results-oriented team environment.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:Act as a key point of contact for high-value customers and investors.
Organise and lead client meetings, site visits, and property presentations to ensure a seamless sales process.
Address customer feedback and concerns professionally to maintain a positive brand reputation.
