π Job Overview: Smart Medicure is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Lead Management Executive to manage our inbound sales leads from platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and IndiaMART. This person will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing product information, following up with prospects, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. π Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads from Facebook, Google Ads, and IndiaMART. Call, message, or email new inquiries within a few hours of receiving them. Understand customer needs and suggest the appropriate product (height-adjustable bed or drop table). Follow up consistently until the lead is converted or closed. Maintain a lead database with proper status tracking (e.g., interested, in follow-up, closed). Coordinate product demonstrations (if applicable) or share product videos/specs. Support customers with pricing, quotations, and technical questions (training will be provided). Report weekly lead conversion stats and insights. Collaborate with marketing for feedback on lead quality and campaign performance. π― Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, B2B sales, or inbound lead handling (medical device sales is a plus). Excellent communication and negotiation skills (in English and regional language). Ability to understand technical products and explain them. Basic computer skills β Excel/Google Sheets, Email, CRM tools. Self-driven with strong follow-up skills.
