Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage our sales and marketing operations. The role involves generating leads, monitoring the performance of the sales team, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination with management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven experience in sales and marketing, and the ability to drive growth through innovative strategies. Key responsibilities Lead Generation Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and business opportunities. Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and ensure consistent follow-up. Team Monitoring & Leadership Supervise and monitor the daily activities of the sales & marketing team. Provide guidance, motivation, and training to achieve targets. Set performance goals and ensure accountability. Agent Management Recruit, onboard, and manage agents or channel partners. Ensure proper communication, support, and target achievement through agents. Corporate Visits & Client Engagement Conduct regular corporate visits for business development and relationship building. Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Candidate Handling Interact and counsel candidates/clients as per business needs. Provide end-to-end support, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction. Reporting & Documentation Prepare accurate sales reports, MIS, and performance reviews. Analyze sales trends and provide insights for management decision-making. Coordination with Senior Management Work closely with Senior Managers and Management to align strategies and goals. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales and marketing processes.
