Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead client acquisition, manage existing accounts, and drive marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a creative mindset for marketing strategies, and a strong local network in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in advertising and printing.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in advertising/printing industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Local market knowledge of Lucknow and surrounding regions.
