Process salary and wages for regular and contractual employees. Identify training needs and organize both internal and external training programs. Manage and coordinate committees such as Fire & Safety, POSH, etc., as per statutory requirements. Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and file management systems. Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disputes professionally and promptly. Liaise with and visit government offices for official HR-related matters when required. Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or a related field. 5-6 years of relevant experience in HR operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
