Job Overview:

As the Sales Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for aligning marketing strategies, and boosting lead generation efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling campaigns, optimize the sales funnel, and ensure consistent brand messaging that supports revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
• Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with revenue targets and customer needs
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on all initiatives
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
• Represent the brand at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
• 7+ years of experience in a sales and/or marketing management role
• Proven ability to drive measurable results in both sales and lead generation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
