Role Overview We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead client acquisition, manage existing accounts, and drive marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a creative mindset for marketing strategies, and a strong local network in Lucknow. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and generate new business opportunities in advertising and printing. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection. Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in advertising/printing industry is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership abilities with a target-driven mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
