PASTER (VINYL,ONEWAY)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paster to join our branding and advertising team. The candidate will be responsible for pasting and installing vinyl, one-way vision, and flex materials on various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishing and durability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and apply vinyl, one-way vision, and flex materials as per design specifications.
• Prepare surfaces before pasting to ensure smooth application.
• Install branding materials on vehicles, boards, hoardings, glass, walls, and other surfaces.
• Use tools and techniques to avoid air bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment.
• Maintain accuracy and finishing while meeting project deadlines.
• Coordinate with the design and production team for correct placements.
• Follow safety guidelines during installation at sites.
• Handle and maintain pasting tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in vinyl, one-way vision, and flex pasting.
• Good understanding of pasting tools, adhesives, and surface preparation.
• Ability to work at heights (for hoardings, building branding, etc.).
• Attention to detail and finishing quality.
• Physically fit and willing to work on outdoor sites.
• Team player with a problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in vehicle branding and large-format installations.
• Basic knowledge of measurement and alignment.
