Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager – Interior ProjectsJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the interior design and contracting sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to project acquisition. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and generate leads for residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, and direct clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with the design and project execution team to deliver customized solutions. Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and submit regular sales reports. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth. Train and guide the sales team (if applicable) to achieve individual and team targets. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design, modular furniture, architecture, or real estate sector. Strong network of contacts within the construction and interiors industry. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into sales opportunities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms. Preferred:Prior experience in luxury interiors or turnkey contracting. Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and latest design trends.
