Interior Designer

Job Title: Interior Designer (with Coohom Experience)Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with hands-on experience in Coohom 3D Visualization & Rendering software. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, space planning, and creating high-quality 3D visualizations for residential and commercial interior projects. Key Responsibilities:Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. Create detailed interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards. Use Coohom for 2D/3D space planning, 3D visualization, and realistic rendering. Prepare accurate drawings, presentations, and design proposals. Suggest appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories. Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and vendors for design execution. Modify and refine designs to suit client feedback and site conditions. Stay updated on design trends, furniture styles, and new technologies. Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 1–3 years of experience as an Interior Designer. Strong proficiency in Coohom software (3D modeling, rendering, virtual walkthroughs). Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools is a plus. Creativity with strong visualization and presentation skills. Good understanding of materials, furniture, and interior finishes. Strong communication skills for client interaction. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred:Experience in residential interiors, modular furniture, or turnkey interior projects. Portfolio showcasing Coohom-based designs.
