Sales & Business Development Consultant Experience: 2–4 years Industry: Interior Design / Home Renovation Location: Gurugram/Delhi/Noida About Us Spazay Interiors is a premium interior design and solutions company dedicated to delivering stunning, functional homes with a seamless client experience. We are looking for a driven Sales & Business Development professional to join our team and help us grow our client base through proactive outreach and qualified lead management. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Qualification Qualify inbound leads from various channels (website, ads, referrals, etc.) to ensure they meet our target client profile. Conduct initial requirement-gathering calls to understand the client’s needs, budget, and timeline. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all leads and follow-ups in the CRM. Business Development & Outreach Proactively identify new business opportunities by connecting with builders, brokers, architects, and other industry stakeholders. Execute cold outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new qualified leads. Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and local business meetups to expand the company’s reach. Sales Process Management Set up and coordinate client meetings for design consultations. Work closely with the design team to ensure proposals are tailored to client needs. Follow up on proposals to move leads through the sales pipeline. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Insights & Reporting Track and report lead source performance to optimize marketing spend. Provide feedback from prospects to help refine service offerings and sales strategies. Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in interior design, real estate, or luxury home solutions. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proven experience in lead qualification and cold outreach. Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
