Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – Interior ProjectsJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee interior design and fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, execution, quality control, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality interior solutions. Key Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of interior projects, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors. Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Oversee site execution, monitor work progress, and resolve technical/site issues. Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance are maintained. Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site. Conduct regular site inspections and review project milestones. Prepare progress reports and update management and clients regularly. Handle cost control, billing, and approval of contractor/vendor invoices. Manage a team of site supervisors, contractors, and labor workforce. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 5–10 years of project management experience in the interior design / fit-out / contracting industry. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred:PMP / Project Management certification. Experience in luxury residential, corporate offices, or commercial interiors. Strong vendor and contractor network.
