Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager ( Pan India) The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role involves coordinating with various teams, preparing sales reports, and conducting market research to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• knowledge of the insurance industry
• Drive sales for motor/life/health or commercial line insurance product through the agency channel
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience in market research and identifying growth opportunities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
• Familiarity with advanced ATS and AI platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
