Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Key Account Manager / Fruad Risk Manager Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, complaints, and product support across phone, email, or chat channels. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner Resolve issues related to products, services, orders, and accounts Maintain customer records by updating account information Provide accurate information and troubleshoot problems efficiently Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Requirements: Any graduate or equivalent qualification Freshers and experienced candidates welcome Strong communication skills in English (additional regional languages a plus) Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Positive attitude and ability to work in a team Job Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 days/week with 1 rotational off Location: Shivaji Nagar, Banglore Salary: 17000-25000 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
