Process: Customer Service (Banking/Financial Services Domain)

Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls related to financial products and services (voice process).
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Clearly and accurately communicate information to customers.
Identify opportunities for upselling relevant products/services based on customer needs.
Adhere strictly to process guidelines and quality standards.
