About the Role:

Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective

  sales & marketing strategies

  to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and build relationships with

  corporates, travel agents, event planners

  , and other key business partners.
• Plan and execute

  promotional campaigns

  , online and offline marketing activities, and brand-building initiatives.
• Oversee and guide the sales team in achieving monthly and annual goals.
• Conduct

  market research and competitor analysis

  to identify new opportunities.
• Manage

  room, banquet, and F&B sales

  through corporate tie-ups and event collaborations.
• Work closely with the

  operations and reservations team

  to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hotel Management.

• MBA preferred.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience

  in hotel sales and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the

  Patna corporate market

  and hospitality industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Result-oriented, proactive, and team-focused attitude.
