Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market analysis, coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing sales reports, and overseeing the marketing team. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Skills in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Brand Management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the steel industry or a similar manufacturing sector is a plus
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
