Job Description

As the Sales & Marketing Head at our company, your primary role will be to drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and positioning our brand in the market. You will lead and motivate the sales & marketing team, conduct client visits, identify market segments, and ensure the achievement of sales targets both domestically and internationally. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies aligned with company goals. - Leading, guiding, and motivating the sales & marketing team to achieve targets and foster professional growth. - Planning and conducting regular client visits to strengthen relationships and generate business opportunities. - Identifying and developing new market segments, clients, and business opportunities. - Driving lead generation, managing enquiry follow-ups, quotations, and negotiations. - Overseeing various marketing initiatives such as digital marketing, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities. - Preparing sales forecasts, MIS reports, competitor analysis, and market intelligence. - Collaborating with other teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction. - Ensuring strong after-sales service coordination and maintaining customer retention. - Monitoring and reviewing team performance, setting KPIs, and conducting regular training/mentoring sessions. - Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Key Skills & Competencies required for this role: - Strong leadership and team-handling skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinking with problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of B2B sales, preferably in the industrial/pharma machinery sector. - Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business development. Qualification & Experience: - MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing or equivalent. - 4 - 5 years of proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in capital goods/pharma machinery. - Experience in leading a sales team and managing key client accounts. Your performance will be measured based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as: - Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. - Growth in new customer acquisition. - Customer satisfaction & retention. - Effective team management and development. - Market expansion and brand visibility. This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment, Provident Fund. The work location is in person.,
