Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Sales & Marketing professional to lead our business development, client management, and marketing initiatives. This role requires someone who understands the IT/business services industry and can convert opportunities into long-term business growth. The position involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development

  • Drive end-to-end sales—from lead generation, client outreach, and proposal preparation to final closure.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of quality leads.
  • Identify new opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Meet assigned revenue targets and regularly report progress to leadership.

Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute marketing activities to support business growth.
  • Oversee digital campaigns, content development, and brand communication.
  • Work closely with internal teams to prepare sales presentations, case studies, and marketing collaterals.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to refine strategy.

Team & Coordination

  • Guide and support the sales and marketing team in day-to-day activities.
  • Set clear performance goals and ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with delivery, finance, and operations for seamless client onboarding and project coordination.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of IT/business service offerings and B2B sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.

Eligibility:

  • MBA or equivalent qualification (Marketing/Sales preferred).
  • 3–10 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in IT or business services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading growth initiatives.
