Job Description

Identify and pursue sales opportunities by visiting active construction sites, roadwork projects, and real estate developments.
Promote and sell construction materials such as stone aggregates, bricks, and AAC blocks to key industry professionals like masons, builders, and contractors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Educate potential clients about the company's product portfolio, highlighting key value propositions.
Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through regular field visits and maintain an up-to-date database of industry contacts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

Job Requirements

Candidates with any degree background are acceptable.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills are essential.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
Must own and be able to operate a two-wheeler for daily field visits.
Experience in B2C field sales is preferred; however, freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply.
For experienced candidates, experience in any building materials or construction industry is mandatory.
